like an old song that always fits
heard it a million times
till i was sick of repeating rhymes
the wind must have changed today
i hear the song in a different way
lyrics now echoing through my mind
new meaning in between the lines
spoken subtleties now are heard
as piercing screams in every word
new awareness now begins
